Workshop Overview

This workshop will provide you with an introduction to the concepts of Continuous Improvement.

Designed for different levels of the organization, this workshop will raise awareness of the direction and commitment the company is taking. Attendees will be provided with an overview knowledge of time based strategies, and other methodologies and techniques, that need to be applied to improve productivity. Based on the specific needs of the organization the content of this workshop will be adjusted to address two, one, or half day venues.
